We use battery operated power tools as much as possible to cut down on both emissions and noise. We believe that our additional focus on the way landscaping and gardening is done, and how this translates into a better experience for our clients, puts us a step ahead of the competition.

Please be aware that we have a 2 hour minimum for individual jobs.

General Garden Maintenance

$80 an hour for two laborers
Includes weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, deadheading, watering, winter and spring bed cleanups

Ornamental Garden Installations

$80 an hour labor rate for two people
Including the cost of plants, any other materials (like mulch or edging or stepping stones), and labor, the average cost of installing a new 100 square ft garden bed would be around $900

Garden Designs

$20 an hour for designs that include garden bed layouts, plant selection, plant layout, and minor hardscaping elements
Comes with plant list and quote, 2D plant and garden bed layout, and 3D rendering

Bed Edging and Redefinition

$80 an hour for two laborers

Soil Testing

$100 for the standard fertility and nutrient test
- Use this to determine what kind of soil amendments and fertilizers you should use
- Processed at the VT Soil Testing Lab
For increased accuracy, you can split your yard into multiple zones for an extra fee. Each extra zone will add $25 to the price. For example, splitting the yard into 3 zones will cost $150 total

Mulch Installation

$57 per cubic yard for mulch
Normal hourly pricing for installation of mulch, each cubic yard takes about 20 - 30 minutes to spread and install, depending on size of yard and how many plants we have to work around in a garden bed

Debris Removal

$45 per trailer load for yard waste (sticks, vines, leaves, etc.)
$60 per trailer load for construction debris (boards, cinder blocks, etc.)
Minimum charge of $160 still applies

Invasive Removal

$80 per hour labor + $45 per trailer load for hauling debris
For Ailanthus (Tree-of-Heaven) and other hard to remove plants, a small amount of herbicide may need to be used to kill the stump and roots effectively

Trail Creation

$80 per hour
Nothing fancy, just something to help prevent tripping and slipping
If you have a bit of woods, or even just a bit of a slope to your yard, cutting a level path can help a lot
